At ShakeSphere, we stand by the quality of our high-performance shakers and fitness gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact, and securely place it in a shipping box.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
